I began to lose my edge and didn&#8217;t recover as quickly after injuries like I had earlier in my life. Most recently speaking, I injured my shoulder in a training event. Physical therapy did not seem to work so I began to think the discomfort was going to be something I had to deal with forever. However, I was encouraged by my friends and fellow Soldiers to see Dr. Gary Stewart of Stewart Family Chiropractor. In as little as five visits, I noticed a significant difference in the rotation and flexibility in my shoulder. Now I&#8217;m feeling great again and have regained my quickness and strength, something that I have not had in the last few years.
