Dry Eyes, Back, Neck, Shoulder and Knee Pain

Dear Dr. Stewart,

Several months ago I was completely discouraged with the pain in my back, neck, and shoulder that did not go away after many visits to different doctors who could not solve my problems. Knowing little about chiropractic and somewhat fearing the unknown, I reluctantly called your office.

Fortunately, my first appointment included your weekly doctor’s report. As a result of what I learned, I was hopeful that chiropractic might be the solution to my problems. However, I was somewhat skeptical because this was all so new to me.

After my first few adjustments, I became more relaxed and a little more confident that I was doing the right thing. Within a few weeks, I noticed an improvement in my neck and shoulder pain, and I was no longer getting headaches. In addition I had been having problems with my knees, and to my surprise, even they stopped hurting. Apparently, the problems in my lower back had been affecting my knees.

After a few months another surprising thing was beginning to happen. I had been diagnosed with dry eyes about one year ago, and I was noticing that my eyes seemed less dry. At first I thought I was just imagining this, but my eyes kept improving. This is so exciting because, as a result, I can wear my contact lenses much more comfortably, and I am confident my eyes will continue to improve. I now believe that my dry eyes were a result of the problem in my neck.

I can’t thank you enough for everything you have done for me. Thanks for understanding my fears, answering my questions, reassuring me when I became doubtful, being there when I needed you, and caring. Thanks also for your skill as a chiropractor.

My first experience with chiropractic has been very positive, and I am confident it will continue to improve my life.

Sincerely,

Kathy N.
