I’ve been involved in competitive athletics my entire life, not to mention serving as an Infantry Officer in the U.S. Army for the past six years. I began to lose my edge and didn’t recover as quickly after injuries like I had earlier in my life. Most recently speaking, I injured my shoulder in a training event. Now I’m feeling great again and have regained my quickness and strength, something that I have not had in the last few years.
